Two Remarkable Keynote Speakers:

  • Breakfast Keynote Speaker David Aguilar, Former Commissioner, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), will discuss a broad range of national and international security issues including border operations, global trade and commerce, supply chain management and security, critical infrastructure protection, risk management, viability assessment and strategic planning and implementation.
  • Lunch Keynote Speaker Michelle Livingstone, Vice President Transportation, The Home Depot, will discuss how transportation is important to the world's largest home improvement specialty retailer to serve it's 2,200 retail stores and customers in the United States, Puerto Rico, the territories of the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam, Canada and Mexico.

Registration Information

Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

You are encouraged to register online. Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-TFLS. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are also accepted.

  • Early registration (until Friday, March 14 at 5:00 p.m.) – $175
  • Late registration (after Friday, March 14 at 5:00 p.m. until Monday, March 24) – $225
  • Onsite registration – $275

The registration/information desk will be open at the Hyatt Regency Houston during the following times:

    7:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (CST)


If you need to cancel your registration, please contact EM&P by 5:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. After March 19, 2014, no refunds will be made. However, you may substitute someone in your place if you are unable to attend. There will be $50 processing fee to cover the cancellation costs.

Hotel Reservations

Accommodations have been arranged at the Hyatt Regency Houston and attendees are responsible for making their own arrangements and paying their own travel costs.

The following room types are being held for the evening of Wednesday, April 2, 2014:

  • Single Occupancy: $169
  • Double Occupancy: $169
  • Triple Occupancy: $194
  • Quadruple Occupancy: $194
  • Government Rated Rooms: Prevailing government rate at the time of the event (limited number, must show government ID upon check-in)
    Any attendees that will need to book a room at the government per diem rate will need to utilize the code: TFLGOVT414.

Only a limited number of rooms are on hold, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.

To reserve a room, individuals may use the Hyatt Regency Houston online reservation system. Individuals will also be able to make reservations by calling Central Reservations at (888) 421-1442 and referring to the group and meeting name. Reservations must be made on or before the cutoff date of March 2, 2014.

Reservations for this event received after this date will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis. All reservations need to be guaranteed by each individual with a credit card or advanced payment.
